Chapter one
Birth of a heartbeat
In the lands of white brown where snow layed a top the vast mountains and snowy plains, a female wolf was giving birth inside her and her mate's den. Her mate was outside of the den, Males are not to be in the den when a female is giving birth, Because the female is needed of privacy from males, waiting patiently intill his mate was done birthing. Inside the den the female layed in a nest made out of bones with pelts from the prey they killed on the inside of the bone nest so it was comfortable. Another female wolf sat next to the birthing wolf. The female was very small, compared to other females, her ears were as white as the snow itself, so was the color of her pelt. silver like markings embedded in her pelt and her eyes were a brilliant Purple. The only flail she had was that she was mute.
The female wolf helped the birthing wolf by doing body language. The birthing Wolf's grey pelt glissended in the moon's light that was seeping in through the crack of her mossy drapings a top the elephant Skull's eye socketd of the den. The birthing female's underfur is a lighter grey, The pattern on her was like that of a huskies, Her nose a pretty pink color, and her eyes crystal blue. The birthing female was breathing heavily as she pushed her pup or pups from out of her. Another female was in the den, waiting for the arrival of the new pup or pups. Her pelt was dark grey like a light shadow, her right paw, left stifle, and going from her right lower joint to her right paw was a lighter grey, red markings were embedded into both her shoulder's and the left of her tail, and her eyes a icy blue like frozen waters. She sat straight with her strong legs, her muzzle lean with teeth and gums healthy as ever.
An hour had passed as the sun sat in the lower west of the sky, the moon fadeing into the sky as it was setting from day to night. The male wolf outside was asleep, curled up with his tail covering his paws. The male wolf's pelt was a tawny color while the pelt color under him was a warm white, a black stripe was embedded on his back with six stripes going down from the black stripe on his back, a paw like print was embedded on his right shoulder, his nose was as black as charcoal, and his eyes blue like the color of vast ocean. The dark grey female wolf walked outside from the elephant den. She trotted over to the sleeping male wolf that has snow droplet's on his pelt from the falling snow. The female nudged the male with her paw, trying to wake him from his nap. The tawny male wolf's eyes opened as he woke up. His vision took four seconds to get ajusted to the sunsets light that shined brightly on the horizon of the snowy landscape.
The male looked to the dark grey female who was standing ing front of him, the edges of her fur gleamed from the setting sun, making her look as if she was a night goddess. "My sister and your mate Frost is now done giving birth. You may now come into the den, Dallas." The dark grey wolf said softly as she turned around, back to the elephant den and started walking back into it. "Thank you alpha Aslyna." Dallas said as he uncurled and got up. Aslyna flicked her tail as a response back, Dallas shook the snow that was on him off. He then trotted into the elephant den, excited to see his newborn pup or pups. Dallas saw the white fured female wolf sitting a little bit away from Frost with her ears down. "Whats wrong Rain?" Dallas asked, worried that something happened during the birth. Rain just looked to him then pointed her muzzle to Frost as if telling him to go over to her. His ears went slightly down as he looked to Frost, he then padded over to her. As he stopped by his mate's left side, he saw that two newborn pups were laying in the middle of Frost. her head was on her front paws and her ears were down in a sadden way. Frost lifted her head and looked to her mate with watery crystal eyes. "The pups are dead Dallas. how could Lupis not bless us with new life." She said with her voice shaky as a few tears found their way down from her eyes to her muzzle. Dallas's ears went down, very sadden by the unfortunate. He placed his head a top Frost's head. Rain looked to Aslyna with her ears still down, she saw Aslyna was doing the same.

Ba-bump...
Frost's ears twitched.
Ba-bump....
Frost's ears went up as her eyes opened a wide a little.
Ba-bump.....
Frost's head turned to the two pups, Dallas looked to them too, hearing the third ba-bump. Aslyna and Rain perked their ears up as they watched Frost and Dallas.
Ba-bump......
Frost instantly layed her head down to the one of the pups, pressing her ear to its chest.
Ba-bump, ba-bump, Ba-bump.......
Frost's tail started to wag as she heard the pups heartbeat. The pup that was alive made puppy yip like noises as it nudged its mother. It crawled to the middle of Frost, quickly getting his mouth on a teat, so that it could get the sweet milk of it's mother.

Dallas looked to the pup that was alive, his tail started wagging as he smiled at the pup and Frost. Aslyna's and Rain's ears went up, happy to see that atleast one pup was alive. The pups ears were still shut as were its eyes. Rain got up and walked to them. She stopped right next to the dead pup and looked at it, then she glanced to Frost and Dallas. Frost saw Rain looking to the dead pup, She made a small sad face."Please bury the pup that did not make it in your garden, it will have a safer way to the heavens." Frost said softly as Rain nodded and picked the dead pup up by the scruff. She then walked out of the den, only Aslyna, Dallas, Frost, and the live pup were in the den now.
Frost gazzed back down to her newborn pup, as did Dallas that was smiling like a father would to their child. Frost lowered her muzzle to the pup that had the pelt color as Dallas, its underfur had Frost under color, its legs had silverish markings, and its tail was long, bushy, and soft. Frost lifted the pup's left back leg a little,so she could see if it was a boy or girl, she then put it's left back leg down carefully, so she would not interupt the pup feeding. She looked to Dallas with her eye's gleaming with happiness. "It's a boy Dallas, he has your top pelt color and nose." She said, laughing softly. Dallas chuckled as he licked his mate's left cheek lovingly. "He has your underfur and markings. Do you have a name for him yet?" He asked as the pup's eyes opened when he stopped suckling on his mother's teat. His eyes were a mix between his father's oceany blue eyes with his mother's crystal blue eyes, making his eyes a handsome sky blue color. Frost gazed apon their pup lovingly, seeing his eye color before he shut them, curling up to his mother and falling asleep. "Yes, I do." Frost said softly. "What will his name be then dear?" He asked quietly,seeing their son had just fallen asleep. Frost opened her muzzle and said sweetly, "His name will be Luke."
